Discoveries
I have discovered that approximately twelve 4" pots of petunias equal that of an average software engineer.

Post Holiday Blues
I am so ready to just buy the first plane ticket available out of Indianapolis...preferrably London, since it's been a year since I've been there, OR somewhere sunny like Mexico was. A week in Pheonix in July will be nice, except...umm...it'll be in JULY! At least it'll be a different setting...and I'll be officially walking down the graduate aisle that week. My post holiday blues has not produced much. Well, two fun things happened: The house has some new and fun decor in it now, and I had a personally successful Stargate session that involved blowing up the gun in Fiddy's hand, temporarily blinding him, knocking him unconscience, and knocking his two compatriots unconscience, with all of them now in the hands of the enemy - unconscience. Oh, the other two members would be 15 minutes away and aren't totally aware of the situation...Rock On.

Hola!
Mexico was great. We just got back, so this is obviously a short and sweet post :D

Sun...Beaches...Pools...Dancing...Alcohol...

Biggest memories:
#1 - Foam party...freaking huge pit dancing in foamy soap until 3am...
#2 - Sports...this was more in Eric's line of excitement...lots of activities at our resort...
#3 - Braids...I got like 30 braids or something in my hair right now ;)
#4 - Pool bars...lots of time floating in front of those...
#5 - Dance lessons...Howie and I learned some Salsa that Julie'll have to verify...
#6 - Last...but not least...FREAKIN' AWESOME TEQUILA.

We went to a tequila factory that handmakes it. It's amazingly smooth that has spoiled me enough to not want the commercial stuff. Only problem is that the distillery doesn't ship it, so between all three of us, we bought nine bottles. The Mexican Gaming Night Saturday will involve plenty of tequila shots.

The biggest questions to address each day was whether to struggle the 10 feet from our porch to the pool, or actually walk down to the beach...another few dozen feet further ;) We upped our stay to all-inclusive which included alcohol, so the week went by v-e-r-y quickly. The trip back was a little depressing. Back to the grindstone!
