Admittedly, there are not many times when snow is acceptable. I love it in the Rockies, northern Michigan, and Iceland, but so far those have been the only locations cool enough that snow is a complement. The Midwest typically cannot pull off the snow adventure successfully for me because the wind cuts a person in half, thus snow here reminds me of painful cold, not just cold. However, I believe this is a weekend of exception while visiting Ohio because I have to tuck in for writing, and this is a lovely accompanying view that can help one think. After all, environment is everything for me when writing.
