Smooth Margarita
As today is Cinco de Mayo, I made Eric some Margaritas. He asked for frozen, and I experimented. Instead of the little rocky chunks you get in restaurants (Eric doesn't like that), I added a little smoothie powder to the mixer. Basically, it was a Margarita Smoothie that earned critical acclaim from a difficult critic ;) Now, if you like the little crunchies in a frozen Margarita, you probably won't like it, but if you like it extremely smooth, I have the perfect drink for you!
