Rumours have reached my ears of a possible costume rebellion. We have some seriously cool costumes, so I would encourage everybody to at least attempt a costume. The Official Halloween Committee has determined penalties for the following possibilities:

An excuse for no costume such as "I came as myself."
Some even crazier thing like "We came as Something, Anything, and Nothing."
