Narrow Minds
I was totally amazed at the narrow minded quote in a CNN article made by a pastor in Atlanta that helped coordinate the demonstration against Bush during his visit to Martin Luther King Jr.'s grave:

"The thing that is most hypocritical is choosing the 75th anniversary of his birth -- the man who was the epitome of peace, perhaps the most noted African-American anti-war individual," McDonald said.

"To come on his birthday ... when this president unilaterally went to war, is still engaged in war, an illegal and unjust war."

I guess it's not enough that the president unilaterally saved a nation from tyranny. It's all right to go in a make sure there's no weapons of mass destruction, but it's not all right to bring justice to a country that has suffered enormous human loss from torture and discrimination? OH, and we can't do anything without the UN's backing apparently.

They say, who made Americans God?
I say, who made the UN God?

One more thing. Is it unilateral because Russia, France, Spain, and the UN did not support it? The last I checked, the world consisted more than these governments. Does that mean that the multiple countries involved and helping us do not count? It would seem so since we are being constantly told that this is unilateral...
